Host a Birthday, Company Party or Field Trip at Paradise!

  • For PCC members only 

  • Consists of 9 to 150 guests max*

  • Not available on Holiday weekends

  • We are unable to accommodate rain dates

  • All vendors - food trucks and other - must be approved by the Gatehouse Director. 

*Please note that there may be more than one rental scheduled per day, but the maximum number of total guests per day may not exceed 125 in June and July, and 175 in August.

**Guests can arrive as early as 12 PM for rentals.

What is the cost of a member rental?

  • Weekdays are $8.00 per person

  • Weekends are $10.00 per person

  • Infants under 12 months old are free

​

*Splash guest credits can be used to pay for a rental, but value packs are not eligible. Failure to have a credit card on file will result in your event being canceled. 

What's the chaperone policy?

  • 10th birthday parties and under: 1 free chaperone for every 5 children 

  • 11th birthday and over: 1 free chaperone for every 10 children 

What's next after I request a rental?

You will need to submit a guest list and payment within 48 hours of your event. Katie Hagen will be in touch with you shortly to gather those items.

  • How do I register a guest?
    Please register your guest at the Gatehouse when you arrive at the Club and pay the applicable guest fee. You are able to pre-register your guest online and purchase Member Splash credits as well.
  • Can I register my guest over the phone?
    No
  • Can guests arrive at the Club before me?
    Guests are admitted into the Club only when registered by an adult member who is responsible for their actions. If the guest arrives prior to the member, the guest will not be admitted to the Club until the member arrives to register that guest.
  • Do I need to come to the Gatehouse when my guests arrive?
    At the time of the guest’s entry, the member must be present at the Gatehouse, or be on the Club property and have pre-registered the guest.
  • Can a guest stay at the Club without me?
    Guests may be on the Cub property only when accompanied by a member.
  • Can teen members sign in guests?
    Sixteen (16) year-old members may sign in guests 13 years-old or older with parent’s written and verbal permission. (Check at the Gatehouse for details.)
