Meet Efrain Nieves, PCC's New Snack Bar Vendor
We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Tata’s Restaurant as our new PCC snack bar vendor for the upcoming season. Owner Efrain Nieves has over 30 years of experience and specializes in authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. Tata’s ("granny" in Spanish) was named after his grandmother who was his inspiration in getting into the culinary field. After moving to the U.S. in 1989 at the age 13, he attended the New York Food and Hotel Management School before opening up his first restaurant. Most of the items that Efrain loves to cook he learned from his grandmother.
Efrain and his oldest daughter, Jaida, are looking forward to serving scrumptious food at affordable prices. They pride themselves on exceptional customer satisfaction, delicious dishes along with food and facility cleanliness. He is excited to provide our membership with a few new items while continuing to offer the go-to Paradise fare (burgers, hot dogs, french fries, and ice cream). Be on the lookout for daily and weekend specials.
Tata’s is very accommodating to our needs and is very much looking forward to serving our members in any way possible. They bring with them the ability to cater any private event and also have three food trucks at their disposal. These trucks consist of a BBQ truck, an empanada truck, and a Tata’s truck. Be on the look out for these trucks rotating in and out of our club throughout the summer offering additional options for lunch.
