What is a rental?
A rental consists of 9 or more guests. Rentals are for members or are a member-sponsored event.
How do I rent Paradise?
Contact Club Gatehouse Director via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your date.
What is the process for sponsoring a rental for a non-member?
If you sponsor a rental for a non-member, you and the non-member will both need to sign a contract. You will also need to be present at the rental from beginning to the end. You are the responsible party for this rental. The non-member is responsible for a deposit and must submit an alphabetical list of all guests with the appropriate fee one week before the rental date.
Is there a limit to the number of guests?
Yes, there is. The total for all rentals combined per day is as follows:
June – 125 guests
July 100 guests
August 150 guests
Can I have a rental on a holiday?
No rentals are allowed on Memorial Day, July 4th or Labor Day.
What is the cost of a rental?

Rentals after 5:00 pm from Monday through Thursday are $3.50 per guest, no limit. (Member only Privilege) Start time will be strictly enforced.

Can I use free guest passes to help pay for my rental?
You may use free guest passes to help pay for your guests, but you may not use a value pack.
Once I reserve a date for my rental, what do I do next?
Obtain a party list from either the Gatehouse or by clicking HERE. Complete the list with every guest’s name, alphabetically by the last name. All non-member guests must be listed. Leave your completed party list with full payment at the Gatehouse 48 hours before your party. Party lists not received in time are subject to a $10 additional fee.
Can I have chaperons?
Depending on the age of the children at a kid’s birthday party only, you may have chaperones at no charge. All chaperones need to be listed on the party list. We recommend:
Children under age 4 – 1 adult chaperone per child
Children ages 5-6 years old 1 adult chaperone for every 2 children
Children ages 7-8 years old 1 adult chaperone for every 3 children
